Refund policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we have a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-cancellation policy:

No Refund / Exchange / Cancellation: All outfits are custom-designed based on client specifications. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Design Finalization: We provide embroidery swatches and base fabric color cuttings upon request for design clarity. No add-ons or changes will be accepted after confirmation.

Sizing Responsibility: If the client’s measurements change after placing the order, the brand is not liable. Adjustments can be made at an additional cost, subject to the feasibility of changes.

Blouse Length Note: Any increase in blouse length beyond 15 inches will incur additional charges.

Color & Style Disclaimer: Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric, cut, or style may occur due to photographic lighting, fabric texture, or manual crafting processes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
