At Anurati Saxena, each outfit is custom-made to perfection based on individual client measurements and preferences. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order:

  1. Production Timeline: Each outfit requires 20–30 days for production from the date of order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on the design complexity.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • Full payment is required for all online orders at the time of placing the order.

    • For in-store orders, a 70% advance payment is mandatory.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    • Domestic shipping is free.

    • International clients will bear shipping charges. Exact charges will be communicated at the time of order.

  4. Delivery Timeline:

    • Domestic courier deliveries typically take 3–4 working days post-dispatch.

    • International deliveries may take approximately one additional week post-dispatch.

  5. Alterations:

    • Alteration services are available for domestic clients only.

    • International clients are advised that garments are stitched with sufficient margins to allow for local alterations if needed.

  6. Responsibility & Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, natural disasters, courier issues, or other force majeure events.
